The location made getting around easy, with a short walk of .4 miles to Ogunquit town center, .4 miles to the Marginal Way entrance, and about .7 miles to Perkins Cove. This little gem was a pleasant surprise, and the reviews don’t quite do it justice. For the price, the suite was incredibly spacious and much less expensive than other nearby options. It had a separate bedroom and a comfortable living area with a couch, table, and TV. The kitchenette came with a large refrigerator, microwave, sink, and real plates and utensils. There was plenty of bathroom counter space, along with two dressers and a closet. Everything was spotless, cozy, and well cared for. The bedroom balcony had chairs and a sliding glass door, just right for relaxing in the evening. Fantastic value, and we’d stay again.

Heidi at the front desk was kind and professional, and made us feel welcome the whole time. Our room was super clean, and the Grand Hotel is in a hard-to-beat location. We had an amazing stay.

The beds were comfy, the suites roomy, and the shower heads were great. The hotel was super clean, with a great hot tub and pool too. Staff were awesome, and the quaint town’s shops, restaurants, and amazing beach were close by.

Our three kids loved spending time in the pool and hot tub area. The rooms were spacious and the property was well maintained. We also liked the daily coffee. It’s a quick walk to Perkins cove and marginal way. We had a great experience and highly recommend the Grand Hotel.

There’s an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub, which looked fine, though I didn’t try them. The first and second floor decks have pleasant lounge areas where you can enjoy a glass of wine when the weather is nice. The old-school hotel has a lot of charm, and the rooms are spacious, if nothing fancy. There was room for my wife, our 2 year old, and me. They provide coffee and tea but there’s no food or restaurant on the premises. The location was perfect for walking north to the beach or south to Perkins Cove, and the trolley stop is right outside.
