Anchorage by the Sea

The view was beautiful all around the property, and you can get onto the Marginal Walk right from the hotel. My mom and I had a wonderful long weekend here this November. At check-in we were given champagne, and there was a cute hot chocolate kit in our room. The staff were pleasant and friendly everywhere, from check-in to housekeeping to the restaurant. A special thanks to Trisha at Surf Point 360 for taking such good care of us and bringing chocolate cake for my 30th. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable. We’ll definitely return!

A friend recommended we stay here. After a 14-hour drive, those beds felt like heaven, the softest, squishiest bed outside our own home. The views are stunning and the staff are really friendly.

The outdoor hot tub was set to a perfect temperature. At other resorts we've visited, the water can be so hot it feels like it scalds you when you get in. We loved it here! We spent an extended weekend for my wife's birthday, and our second-floor Oceanfront room in the Shore section had spectacular views. The staff were truly wonderful, from Carley at check-in to Bar Manager Justin and Taylor, our waitress at the Surf Point 360 lounge. The woman who checked us out was lovely too, though I'm sorry I forgot her name. Stay at this perfect resort!

Anchorage by the Sea has helped make Middlesex Community College’s Mosaic Summit a success each year. Our students come for an important experience connected to the Interdisciplinary Studies (IDS) course, with time to learn, reflect, and grow, and the team creates a supportive setting for that work. Staff welcome students with warmth and respect. Gail Crowell and Laura Sterrit deserve special mention for their care, responsiveness, and understanding of our academic mission. A multi-day academic retreat has many moving parts, and Anchorage by the Sea handles them with flexibility, professionalism, and heart. Their hospitality is second to none. We're grateful to return each year, knowing our students are in thoughtful hands.
