InTown Suites Extended Stay North Charleston SC - Airport

We’ve been staying here for almost a year, and it’s been the best experience I’ve had here. The property feels safe and is kept clean. Everyone staying here is nice and polite, and Mrs. Dee does an amazing job with housekeeping. She keeps everything so clean and nice, and she’s great with the kids. Dewy is the best property manager. Whenever we’ve needed something, he’s gone above and beyond to help us. He’s awesome.

Dewey and the staff have been great and helpful, and I haven’t had problems with them. I moved to the North Charleston location for work and have been living here for nearly a couple of months. It hasn’t been terrible, but it hasn’t been good either. The wifi has been out for over 24 hours and heading toward 48, with no fix yet. I work mostly remotely, so this is seriously affecting my new job. It’s also gone down intermittently since I arrived. I contacted the provider directly and filed two tickets, and tried to reach corporate to escalate it, without success. Corporate customer service seems nonexistent. They need to fix this and get another wifi provider. Residents shouldn’t have to pay a late fee after the internet has been down for days. Please sort this out immediately.

Dewey and the staff who work with him are wonderful, and I’m glad the building has an elevator. There are some bugs crawling around, though, so pest control is needed. When pest control visits, they provide bags and instructions if you’re staying there that day. It’s close to the airport, so the noise may bother you if you’re sensitive to it. Walmart and several restaurants are within walking distance.

I’ve been here for a couple of weeks and it’s been great. Dewy is always professional and very nice, and the place feels clean and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it for a longer stay.
