We told the front desk and emailed the GM about staff repeatedly coming into our room, which made us uncomfortable. It was our first day after an 18-hour drive, and I was exhausted. I'd already paid for the night. The staff didn't seem to care and asked if I even had money on my card. You charged me $150, as if I didn't know you needed to run it five times. Never again.

Beatrice at the front desk went above and beyond from the moment we arrived until we left. I haven't had this level of service at most hotels. I do get good service sometimes, but she was outstanding and did so much to help us. The hotel was clean, and breakfast had the best egg omelets I've had, probably because the eggs are farm fresh, unlike in other cities where I travel for work. The experience was amazing.

The pool was heated and gave me a nice break on a very hot day. Breakfast was what I'd expect from this chain, and the staff kept the food warm and fresh. Check-in went smoothly, I was greeted politely, and the clean room was at a perfect temperature when I arrived. The TV channel guide was good and the LG sets were great. A must stay if you're in the area.

The air conditioning gave off a moldy smell from the vents every time it came on, and the bed wasn't comfortable. It felt like the middle was broken, though the pillows were great. I didn't sleep very well because of the bed. Breakfast was nice, and the room was a good size and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Whenever I come from Portland to the valley to see my family, I love staying here. The front desk is very nice, and Bernice and Theresa are so welcoming. I always look forward to seeing them. This place is top level.
