The location is great, and the room itself was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable mattress and fresh-smelling sheets. The bathroom was immaculate. The towels were clean and bright white, though they could probably be replaced. Housekeeping gets a thumbs up. The place feels like it's seen better days: the hallway carpet was worn and gray, and the room furniture was sparse and outdated. Still, the carpets had been vacuumed, and the room was clean.

We found Harborside Suites at the last minute for a trip to the Cape and were glad to get a Kings Deluxe suite. We usually prefer suite-style rooms with our two young toddlers, and the resort lets us bring our dog too. I know some reviews mention cleanliness, but that wasn't our experience. The kids knocked over the dog's water bowl, and when I wiped it up I was surprised by how clean the floors were. All our linens were clean as well. The room was very nice and we'd stay again. One thing families should know: this room had a loft and was VERY BRIGHT all day, with two skylights and no way to add blinds. Our one-year-old had trouble sleeping because of the light.

I would give it zero 😱. They quoted us one price at the office, then a different one when it was time to book. The worst people ever. Liars. I'd never set foot in there again.

They confirmed a room for a 90-year-old during the blizzard, but when he arrived, they said they had no rooms. Then they said the snow meant they couldn't get to the room. They don't honor reservations and weren't apologetic about their mistake. They also refused to refund the reservation cost.

The staff were friendly and accommodating when my family needed a pet-friendly room early because work on my house made it impossible to stay there for several hours. They got us in well before check-in, even though other hotels wouldn't. I'm really grateful for their kindness and service, and would highly recommend this place to pet owners and anyone else.
