Lynsey is the person who made this visit stand out. She handled several things at once with real calm and grace, and her upbeat energy gave the place a special feel. The staff overall were commendable, but she consistently went above and beyond. Management deserves credit for bringing someone like her onto the team. We’re already looking forward to having her help us again on our next visit, and can’t wait to return.

Our room was spotless and just right for a mini vacation. We were new to California and really appreciated how the staff helped with our requests and answered all our questions. Lynsey, a lovely young woman, stood out for her outstanding service and the extra effort she made to meet our needs. My boyfriend had arranged the hotel a few weeks earlier before taking me to Disneyland for my first time, and the whole trip was unforgettable. Thanks to the entire team at Extended Stay Active. Writing a positive review is the least we can do to show our gratitude. We’ll definitely come back!

For the money, it’s hard to find better accommodations nearby. Retail shops and LOTS of food are an easy walk away, and the full kitchens are handy if you’d rather stay in. Forgot plates or silverware? They’ve got you covered, with glasses, toasters, coffee makers, and other things to borrow. The location, building, and grounds are all what you’d hope for. Most of all, the staff are consistently awesome, from housekeeping to management. Audrey deserves a special mention for being personable, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. They make you feel at home and take care of you. With life moving so fast, it’s kinda nice knowing this place and these people are here. Staying at the Extended Stay Yorba Linda location has been rewarding every time.

The bed linens and towels were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. But after a friendly first welcome, later dealings with the front desk were disappointing. The key cards kept giving me trouble, and I was told to keep them away from phones and keys. I’ve never had this issue at other hotels. The room didn’t feel welcoming or well kept: a restroom light fixture cover fell off, the stained bathtub didn’t look clean, and there were no drain covers in either the tub or kitchenette sink. The floors didn’t look or feel clean, and the room and hotel interior seemed worn and in need of a lot of repairs. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.
