A good spot for a long drive. Check-in was quick, the rates were reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place felt clean and fresh, and breakfast was a solid basic hot meal. Just one small issue in room 114: a bright outdoor light came through the gap between the shade and the wall.

The beds, pillows, and linens were lovely, and the staff were so nice. We had a great time at the pool and could sign straight into our Netflix account. Everything felt new, modern, and clean.

We booked about an hour before getting there and had our dog with us. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and our clean room had a bed that was so comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good, just what you'd expect from a small three-star hotel. It was busy, but we didn't hear much noise, and there was plenty of parking. I'd definitely recommend it if you're passing through York.

The staff were professional, patient, and kind throughout a rough weekend. During the March Blizzard, York and the surrounding area lost power. The backup batteries eventually ran low and triggered the fire alarm, so the team evacuated the whole hotel safely without causing panic. Some guests complained, but I was glad the staff put safety first. With the power out, keeping the hotel running took real effort. It was quite an adventure. The rooms were spotless, breakfast was good, and everyone was friendly. They did great handling the storm, outage, and alarm. Ten out of ten for me.

We got in just before midnight and had to leave early, so there wasn't much time to enjoy the room. It was quiet and very comfortable for a road trip stop. The place felt new and clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous, with a huge walk-in shower and really nice finishes. I'd love one like it at home.
