Quality Inn Yuba City/Marysville

The room was dark, the bed was comfortable, and there was a tub. Staff were friendly, and they let me check out late at no charge. I'd recommend it if you're traveling on a budget.

The breakfast area was always clean, and those warm waffles each morning were yummy. Our room smelled freshly cleaned when we arrived, and the place was clean with nice staff. The front desk kindly helped when we forgot our room key twice. Loved staying here, thanks!

I was sitting in my vehicle in the hotel parking lot on September 13, 2025, at about 11:30 AM when I saw an incident involving someone I believe was an employee. He appeared to be a Hispanic man in his 20s, wearing a blue employee t-shirt, presumably a hotel uniform, with a blue logo, and a baseball cap backward. He shouted and swore at another person in an aggressive, hostile way for about three minutes. I didn't hear the whole conversation, but his tone and volume were alarming and unprofessional. It was uncomfortable and disappointing to witness, and didn't fit the welcoming atmosphere I expect here. This reflects poorly on the team and brand. I trust you will handle it appropriately, and I will also report it to choice hotels.

The room was clean, and not having carpet in it was nice. Staff were very nice. The hallway carpet could use a good cleaning. It's right off the main road, with lots of places to eat nearby.
