We got in late, but check-in was seamless, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was hot and delicious, with fresh fruit. Before we arrived, I called from about an hour away to ask whether there'd be space for our U-Haul trailer. The desk clerk went to check for us, which was very kind. It was an exceptional stay, and I'll look for another IHG property tonight.

We'd never heard of Avid Hotels before this quick one-night road trip, but I'd choose one again. The room was clean, the bathroom was huge and wheelchair accessible, and the bed was comfortable, with long pillows that didn't need folding in half. I also liked that the shampoo, conditioner, and soaps were Dove. I usually bring my own toiletries, even to expensive hotels, but used these instead. The lobby had plenty of clean luggage carts, and a staff member was ready to help with check-in. There's a coffee bar open 24/7, which my husband, who's very particular about coffee, loved when I went down at 4 a.m. I prefer that to the little in-room coffee makers that often don't work. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and includes breads, drinks, and hot food. The kids on the second floor were running around at 6 a.m. like they were in a marathon, which was a shame. Luckily, we were only there one night. Avid will be my go-to when I need a place to stay on future trips.

Kathy was a wonderful help, and the rooms were really nice. My husband and I loved our stay. The hotel looks brand new.

The gym had modern equipment, and breakfast was very good. The hotel itself was clean and modern too. My only complaint is that there aren't any guest laundry machines available for free.
