Fairfield Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Yukon

I booked my first week through a third party for work. When I learned I'd be staying another month and a half, I tried rebooking at the front desk so I could earn rewards points. They said there'd been a mistake and that I couldn't earn rewards even if I booked directly. Corporate and the front desk were no help. I kept getting sent between them and told to contact different people, without getting anywhere. The TV in my room didn't work properly. I reported it, and they said they'd have someone look at it, but nothing happened. The internet barely worked most of the time either. Overall, it was a poor stay, and I won't come back for work. It's odd that they wanted me to wait until checkout to send in my portfolio, then still hadn't fixed anything by the time I checked out.

The lobby was updated, and the elevator was sparkling clean. The room, though, was gross: pubic hairs in the shower and dried white liquid on the bathroom wall. The bed had a lot of wrinkles, so I suspect it hadn't been made, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

We haven't had a hotel stay this comfortable in ages. The rooms were impeccable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. It's right in the heart of Yukon, literally among or across from just about any restaurant or business you'd want. Breakfast buffet is included too. We'll definitely come back for another relaxing stay.

The room was quiet, bright, very clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The Marriott is right off the exit, beside a nice shopping center with lots of meal options, and we could easily walk over from the parking lot. There's also a Starbucks directly across the street for a drink before heading out. Road work in front was extensive and made the trip in a little slower, but we had no real trouble reaching the hotel. We'll stay here again.
