The outside of Rodeway Inn Yuma, Downtown 4th Avenue looks old, so we weren’t sure what to expect. The reviews persuaded us to give it a try, and we were glad we did. This is a small hotel, but it was very clean and the rooms have been fully remodeled. At check-in, the staff welcomed us with water and snack bars, a nice touch. Our king bed was extremely comfortable, the shower had great hot water, and there was a microwave, fridge, and cable TV in the room. It can get a little noisy since it’s on Main Street, which comes with the location. The stay turned out to be a pleasant surprise and great value for the price. Highly recommended.

I wanted a reasonably priced one-night stay in Yuma, Arizona, near the Historic district, and was looking for the roadway Inn, formerly called the Regal Lodge. The old sign is still up, but once you get there you’ll see the Roadway Inn sign. It’s family run, and the son, “Het,” was very pleasant. Even though I’d booked through Hotels.com, he offered more coffee and a snack. The room was very nice, and the bed and pillow were super comfortable. It’s a basic motel, so don’t expect a $200-a-night place, but I was very happy with it. I walked to the Historic District and back, and felt quite safe both ways. I highly recommend this Inn.

The staff are what really make this place feel like home. The family who run it are some of the nicest people around, and they're so sweet. I keep coming back because the beds are the most comfortable in town. The remodeled rooms have new flooring and look and smell very clean when you walk in.
