The room was basic, clean, and comfortable, though a fan would've helped. It airs out in five minutes. Shut the bathroom door and keep the toilet lid closed. The AC was quieter than at any other budget motel. I could walk to everything, and the 11 am checkout worked well while I waited for my dental appointment. Yuma's grown. I'd come back for an easy stay.

I wouldn't recommend this place. There were bed bugs in the beds, and the strong smell of mold throughout the motel made it hard to breathe comfortably. The rooms were extremely noisy too, so I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. It wasn't a safe or pleasant stay.

I was going to book three nights, but the loud music, people moving furniture, and noisy people outside my door put an end to that. It was so noisy I couldn't sleep. I'd rather pay more for a restful night, and I wouldn't come back.

I used to stay here regularly because the price was good and it was quiet and peaceful. With the new ownership, they chose to turn away a regular customer in favor of people who would only stay less than two months. I guess loyalty doesn't pay. In reply to the reply: The old owners knew to keep some rooms available for people who weren't farm workers. I was asked what the previous owners did, and I said they kept a group of rooms open. I was told I'd get a call if all the rooms were rented out, but no one ever called. I understand you're the new owners and can run the place how you want. If I don't like it, I can go somewhere else. So I have.
