The people at Majestic Oaks were so welcoming and friendly, and we had a great stay in one of their single-wide units. We enjoyed pickleball and the other activities. There’s plenty going on, so if you get bored, that’s on you. We’re hoping to return next year!

What first caught my eye at Majestic Oaks was the streets with curb and gutter, like a nice subdivision. We’ve lived here full time for 2 years and 3 months, since 8/1/2023, and it’s a top-notch resort. The grounds are beautifully maintained, lot rents are lower than anything remotely comparable, and there are lots of amenities: a clubhouse, pool, shuffleboard, tennis, dog park, pickleball, horseshoes, bocce, and a radio-controlled car racetrack. The office and maintenance staff are top-notch, personable, friendly, and know their stuff. Carrie, the resort manager, and Rachael in the office have been a blessing. Highly recommend!

Carrie and her team made me feel welcome and looked after while I was buying a home at Majestic Oaks. They were responsive whenever I had a question or concern, and I found them flexible when I simply communicated about a question, problem, or situation. I’m looking forward to living at Majestic Oaks!
