I booked this apartment through Booking.com because I needed a rental that allowed pets. When we got there, the owner, Tere, wouldn't let us in because we had a dog. She also refused to cancel the booking, then marked us as no-shows the next day. Now Booking.com is going to charge us a $56 penalty. What a scammer!!
