Superbly equipped and comfortable, and completely quiet at night. The apartment is lovely, with everything in Colonia just a block away, and the service was excellent. A perfect 10. Go!

There’s a beautiful cultural center right in front, with free entry, and a casino on the same street. The apartment complex itself is well located and has a good structure, but our rental wasn’t a great experience. It got little sunlight, smelled strongly of mold, and had mold on the ceiling in several places.

We stayed at the La Brecha apartment next door, with the same owners. It was nice, but very dark, and the hot water lasted only five minutes before taking an hour to come back. On checkout day, they knocked at 11 a.m. to make us leave, then kept messaging us to collect the money. I can't recommend it; there are plenty of nicer places in Colonia with better service.

It's comfortable, well equipped, and close to everything. Otherwise, excellent. A few decor items might scare some kids, and I wish some of the windows had curtains.
