The rooms are big.

The rooms were nice, and the common room with its fireplace felt really cozy. There are lots of rooms for five or six people, and when they can, they let you have one to yourself. We were alone in ours the whole time. The locals are friendly, too. The drawback is that there's no hot water in the kitchen, which makes doing dishes pretty difficult.

We stayed just one day in a roomy, comfortable single room with a shared bathroom. The hostel is an old house with a lot of charm, though it needs upkeep, especially in the bathrooms. Breakfast was decent. The standing fan in our room wasn't working, and when we told the receptionist, nothing was done. It's fine for a few days.

It may be cheap, but we had a really bad experience. The place is old and run-down, the mattresses are so thin I could feel the wooden bed frame, and the towels were practically see-through. Our room was dirty and full of hair. The bathrooms were filthy and went three days without being cleaned. To make things worse, they have glass doors.
