Resort 77

We went with our family, and the setting is beautiful, but a quad bike accident nearly ruined the stay. My daughter-in-law was seriously injured. They pulled her out of the woods, then more or less sent us away to take her somewhere else. There wasn’t even gauze or first aid, and no emergency medical service. We got no proper assistance. She spent four days in the hospital, and they never messaged us or apologized. It was a terrible experience, and the staff’s attitude was awful. The trails weren’t maintained and had sharp, dangerous branches. The guide drove incredibly fast, and you had to keep up. I think these quad bike rides should require helmets and a speed limit. At the very least, guests should get basic help in an emergency. We chose not to file a complaint, but I’d urge families to take precautions and understand that proper human assistance may not be available if something goes wrong. The tour ended before it had really started because of the crash, but they still charged us the full amount, not even half. With everything so tense, we had to pay the full price.

A really fun activity for the family, and the place was clean and well organized. Excellent spot.

The whole place is beautiful, and the pool was lovely and warm even in the freezing cold. I went last weekend for a yoga retreat organized at the resort by another company, Espacio Naranja, and it was spectacular. I’d never been there before and loved it all. It was incredibly well equipped, and the Geneva cabin where we stayed was lovely and comfortable. There was air conditioning throughout, and the wood-burning stove kept going all weekend, so we didn’t feel cold. Breakfast was delicious too. I’d definitely return!

We had such a good time as a family and will definitely come back. It has everything my family wants 💪✨️
