I didn't stay in a room myself, but my friends had a great time here, and everyone on staff was warm and welcoming to me. There's a pool, books by the wine bar, and bikes you can use to get around town. My friends said the bugs were pretty bad, and the bids in the lime trees were very noisy, but they still really enjoyed their stay.

The staff were lovely and ready to help whenever we needed them. The hotel has a rustic look, and it seems like renovations are happening bit by bit. We would have liked to see the bathroom updated, though. We loved staying here.

Maria welcomed us so warmly at reception that we felt at home right away. The place has a lovely, charming character and a sense of history, which I much prefer to the cold, modern posadas around town. I'm so happy we found it and got to stay here. Thanks so much, and I hope to return someday.

The garden and pool were a highlight for us. It feels like a natural, peaceful place, and the garden was especially magical as the sun went down. We were a small family with an energetic two-year-old, and the staff were attentive and made all of us feel cared for, especially our toddler. Our central location made it easy to explore, with La Huella just a five-minute walk away. The location is very convenient, with everything walkable and one of the best José Ignácio sunsets just steps away. The pool area is great, and the posada itself is simple but cute. But the price was outrageous, even for peak season. I've travelled around the world for a long time and have never seen rates like that. I don't mind paying more, but at 470USD a room I expect impeccable service or at least a bit more.
