Hjem Punta Rubia

Pat's service was outstanding, and the place looked just like the photos. We had a great time relaxing among the area's peaceful beaches and historic buildings. An ideal stay.

The rooms were clean and really nice, and Patri made us an unforgettable breakfast. She was incredibly attentive and kind. Such a peaceful place to rest. Thanks for everything, Hjem. We'll be back for Cuban food. Cheers!

The bed was comfortable and the container was clean, but it was tiny, and I won't be back. On arrival, the floor was completely wet because the mini-fridge had been switched off and defrosted. We reported it right away and were told to mop it ourselves with a dish towel, which they would replace the next day. When they came to swap the towel the following day, they spoke rudely to us about parking the vehicle in the wrong place, though nobody had told us where to park. Later, we found that one of the shower screen wheels was broken, so it wouldn't slide. They said they'd fix it immediately. We went to the beach and came back three hours later, but nobody had even checked the issue. After we called the person in charge, they said they were coming. Their house is right next to the rentals, but we still waited half an hour before we could shower while they repaired it.

Serena was an attentive host. The place was really clean, with a market nearby and the beach close too. It’s peaceful and comfortable, and guests can use the pool, parrilla and bicycles. I recommend it.
