The rooms are decent, but the breakfast was disappointing. The bread was stale and bland, and there wasn’t any butter. The staff didn’t seem to care, and the restaurant is closed on Sundays.

The service was just alright. It’s a nice hotel, but my room was a little dirty and had some cracks. The location wasn’t good, with loads of drunk people around. You can see the place on Google Maps.

The bathroom needs more attention. There was old limescale on the toilet, though hydrochloric acid would make it shine, and the towels were torn with more than three holes. The dirt parking area also leaves a lot to be desired, and the driveway entrance is broken, though it should be easy to fix. At another hotel in Laguna Merín, parking was free and spotless. The staff service was good. I do think their clothes, perhaps a uniform, should better match the impression created by the facade and reception. That matters in a departmental capital, especially since, from what I saw, tourists from Argentina and Brazil stay here. I can say that with certainty. They also offer bookings through Booking.com.

The service was excellent, and the mattresses are new. Breakfast was tasty and good. I only wish the room had been a little cleaner. The location is excellent, too.
