Montevideo Hostel

What stayed with me most was the hospitality. Anette made me feel welcome right away, and the place had the warm, caring feeling of visiting grandma’s house. It’s cozy, with tasteful décor and a quiet atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The hostel is spotless, well organized, and in a very handy location for exploring the city and coming back somewhere peaceful and comfortable. The rooms are well kept, and the common areas feel inviting. If you want a place where you can feel at home, with genuine hospitality and great cleanliness, this is it.

Annette told me, “you are in your home,” and that’s exactly how I felt. It’s a welcoming, cozy, peaceful place, with breakfast and lots of different spots to sit and read. The sea wall is just a short walk away, a lovely place to watch the sunset. Thank you.

I’ve stayed here twice and have been really happy both times. Everything works well, and the rooftop terrace is lovely. There’s a piano and a guitar you can use for free. It may cost a little more than other hostels, but with all the food and drinks included, it’s worth every cent. Most of all, Anette makes you feel at home in no time. Really wonderful place, thanks for everything!

The energy here was amazing, and it’s easily the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Annette makes breakfast and dinner better than any restaurant in Uruguay.
