Oxford Hotel

Breakfast was decent, with something different every day, and it was good value overall. The bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom only had a fixed showerhead. The window was small and not double glazed, so there was very little sound insulation. The soundproofing in general could be better.

The beds were comfortable, the towels fluffy, and breakfast had a varied buffet. It’s a lovely, well positioned hotel, and the English speaking reception staff were helpful. Two issues brought down my rating. The WiFi didn’t reach our bedroom on the 6th floor, which made it hard to book excursions or look at maps. There was no heating, and in winter our room was ice cold, so we had to sleep in layers. The shower design also meant water spread across the floor. We still enjoyed our stay overall!

This hotel is a fraud. They list prices in pesos, then charge in dollars. The service is poor, rude, and unpolite. Avoid going there and be careful of their fraudulent strategies.

The rooms are comfortable, and everything else about the stay was really nice. The bathroom could use a little more attention. Breakfast was very good, with eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, juice, cereal, and fruit.
