Tina and John made us feel like family from the moment we arrived at Budapest Hotelería. Their care showed in every part of the stay, and they went out of their way to make sure things were right. John knew the city well and helped us plan our days, including finding hidden spots in uruguay. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with fresh local ingredients and Tina’s skill in the kitchen. The hotel has a nice mix of traditional charm and modern amenities, right in the heart of the city. Our stay felt magical, and we’re already planning another visit. We’d recommend Budapest Hotelería to anyone looking for a distinctive, enjoyable stay in uruguay.

The location is excellent, and the owners, two brothers, pay attention to every detail. The rooms are spotless, with clean linens and furnishings, and breakfast is tasty and plentiful. They also follow all the health protocols strictly. Highly recommended.

We felt at home here, thanks in part to the owner, who was super friendly and helped us with everything, along with the rest of the staff. The price was affordable, the bed comfortable, and breakfast was full. Air conditioning worked well, and it was close to everything. Just what we were looking for, and a place we’d return to.
