That beach is one of the best I’ve seen, with the softest sand. The hotel is big, the shared areas are comfortable, and the rooms are colorful. Families with toddlers come here, and the kids club has wonderful, fun teachers to keep them busy. Meals are generous and delicious, with different food each day, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom felt cramped for a room shared by six people, with only one bathroom, and the water sometimes cuts in and out. The main bed is quite firm, too. Those things were manageable for us. And don’t miss the desserts.

Our room key wouldn’t work, and neither would the safe. The floor was damaged, there was no new bedding, and we had no TV. We were next to the maintenance family, who were very noisy, and our box smelled strongly of garlic from the cook. The bathroom was terrific, but the other room had extra space and could eat inside, while we had to eat lunch outside. Come on, why treat our family that way?

The place feels very old, with dampness and bad rooms. The lock was broken. There’s no room service, and the restaurant doesn’t serve food outside regular lunch and dinner hours.

The service was awful and the price was high. The general manager came across as arrogant. There are a lot of things that need to change.
