The price makes this hostel worthwhile. The beds in the little houses aren't the most comfortable, but they're fair for what you pay. There's a nice common area, hammocks to relax in, a barbecue, and a pleasant lake with a waterfall. The hot shower works. It's not right by the beach, though the walk isn't exhausting. With two markets nearby, you can cook for yourself, which helps. Breakfast is included: bread, butter, dulce de leche, coffee, milk, and hot water.

The shared facilities are enough for the number of guests, and the bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was very basic. If you can spend a little more, though, the hostel has two well-equipped, comfortable cabins that make for a much more comfortable stay at a slightly higher price.

The service was great, and I really liked the Amarilla cabin. Breakfast was okay. I'd stay here again.

I booked a private room through Booking.com, then got an email a few hours later saying the hotel was closed and telling me to cancel for free myself through Booking.com. That can't be done without being charged $20. I hope they sort this out soon, since I want to keep enjoying my vacation.

The hostel is really comfortable and in an excellent location. The guys running it are super attentive and friendly. I recommend it 100%.
