The owners are really friendly, which matters most. It’s a nice, simple hotel with good value, tea and coffee available around the clock, and Netflix on the TV. The beach and shopping centre are a five-minute walk away.

Francisco was wonderful. He understood my personal problem and helped me enormously, and the hotel responded right away. I was almost embarrassed by how considerate and kind everyone was. When we arrived, they offered my husband a table to work at, showed us to our room, and explained everything. The hotel is simple, but the service was attentive and very hospitable. The location is excellent in a very safe area. We sat outside at the hotel tables in a pleasant setting until late at night. Thank you for everything. I should be the one apologizing for not being a 100% guest. I couldn’t get the door to close and may have made noise, and it was already late. Punta del leste is a beautiful city. I’ll take home good memories.
