A perfect spot to enjoy Punta Del Este.

We spent a romantic weekend here with my girlfriend, and it was probably one of the most relaxing and enjoyable weekends of my year, maybe ever. The setting is quiet and warm, surrounded by nature, but you’re still not far from civilization. The installations are good quality, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa as well as the pools, hot tub, and sauna. I didn’t use the gym, but there is one. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and everything was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is really good too. Even if you aren’t staying at the hotel, it’s worth trying, though guests do get a discount.

The people who work here are incredibly nice. We arrived from the airport around ten, much earlier than expected, and asked about checking in early, thinking noon or 1pm might be possible. In less than 10 minutes, they told us our room was ready. The staff were friendly and helped with everything we needed throughout our stay. Our standard room was maybe a little small by American standards, but it worked for us, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and nice pastries, though it leaned sweet with lots of cakes and pies. My wife and I are vegetarians, so our choices were limited, but we didn’t leave hungry. It’s a 15-30 minute walk to the beach, or a short Uber ride. I highly recommend the hotel.

Good for a holiday, but I wouldn’t choose it for a work trip. The location is good, though not great, and the design and facilities are nice. I was upgraded to an 'executive' room, but there was no desk, so I had to use the TV table and my legs didn’t fit. The wifi was veeeery poor. There are 2 very small swimming pools, one outdoors and the other inside a small warm spa. They’re really only suitable for playing with kids for a while. The jacuzzi is OK. The gym is also very small but functional. I managed to use it for 1 hour while alone, but with 2 or 3 people it would be uncomfortable, so think twice if you need it to destress after a hard work day. Breakfast was OK. The products were great quality, but the variety was limited.
