4/10
The location is good, the bed is comfortable, and the staff were helpful enough. But the lack of maintenance is hard to ignore. The elevators are dangerously unreliable: they don't stop level with the floor, and the doors strain to open. The patio doors had to be fixed before they would lock, there are holes in the hallway floor that could trip someone, and there's a musty smell with dirt all around. I skipped breakfast and the pools because they seemed like a bad idea. I wish they cared more about the hotel.

The room was good and the location worked well, but neither made the price per day feel justified. I expected more from the hotel name. Breakfast was really poor and definitely needs improvement.

The room was large, though dated, and the area felt clean and very safe. It's near the beaches. People were friendly and the service was good, and breakfast was good too.

The rooms are clean and well organized, and the staff are EXCELLENT. The hotel is nice and within walking distance of everything in Punta del Este. Recommended.

Not a worthwhile place, with no maintenance. Maybe they'll improve it in summer.
