Valeria, the person in charge, came across as unwilling to work. She was rude in response to every issue and didn’t sort anything out. The cleaning staff were a nightmare too: they threw my dental retainer in the trash (!!), took a towel, then threatened to charge us $50 unless we replaced it. It felt like extortion. A terrible experience.

Apartment 704 is hard to recommend at this price. The heated pool and game room were the only things in its favor. We had no Wi-Fi for the whole stay and had to spend extra on mobile data, and there was no hot water for the first few days. One of our orthodontic retainers went missing, and they tried to charge us $50 USD for a hand towel. None of the appliances worked properly. Valeria, the manager, should have been helping guests resolve these issues, but she responded indifferently and arrogantly.

We paid $2310 USD expecting a top-notch place, but the stay was awful. The only redeeming part was the game room. There was no Wi-Fi the whole time, the water was cold for the first few days, and appliances were broken, including the oven. Valeria, the manager, was arrogant and did nothing to fix the problems.

The apartments are bright and spacious, with plenty of room. Roosevelt Avenue is close by, so you’re near everything.
