Parque Hotel Jean Clevers

The garden was a lovely place for relaxing walks, and the large pool was well maintained. Breakfast was generous and varied, too. From the outside, the hotel looks like a fairytale castle and stands out in Punta del Este. The facilities, service, and attention inside live up to that first impression. Choosing it for our vacation was definitely the right call. If you can, ask for a superior room with a balcony facing the garden. We recommend it completely and will be back!

As someone who's used hospitality services in Uruguay and abroad, it was refreshing to stay somewhere that really cared about customer satisfaction. The staff were friendly and had excellent manners, and we're very glad we chose this hotel.

The staff were very kind, and the location, price, and service were all good. It was almost fully wheelchair accessible, but there's a small raised threshold to get into the shower that needs removing for complete access.

The hotel's in a nice spot in punta del este, but for the service we got, I found it VERY expensive. In my opinion, it doesn't meet the standard of a 4-star hotel or the level of guest it seems to be aiming for. Our room, 112, had a tobacco smell, and there was NO light in the bathroom. Breakfast was poorly attended: no nespresso or espresso coffee, little fresh fruit, and you had to ask for scrambled eggs or an omelette. If you have to beg, that's not service. They had a cook for breakfast but didn't offer any food. We asked for an extra bed and were charged 100usd without being told the price or offered another room. The service felt like 2-star, while the price and target guest suggest 4 or 5 stars. We spent two nights and were out of the hotel most of the time, but nobody offered us any kind of service. I won't return to the hotel or restaurant. The service felt lacking and old-fashioned, with no focus on the customer.
