The indoor pool was excellent, and the garden outside had hammocks, chairs, and a nice place to sit. Breakfast was really good, with gluten-free options, and the staff were super friendly. Free hot water for 🧉 was a nice touch. It’s close to all the amenities, and I’d definitely come back.

Never again. Water leaked from the aircon overnight and completely ruined my 4K video camera, which cost me 500 dollars. Management blamed me for leaving my belongings on the table beneath it, even though the television was standing only a few centimeters from my things. They offered no compensation at all. I’ve never stayed somewhere worse, and the hotel’s defective equipment destroyed my camera. I would never go back. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this hotel.

I had booked December 28 through January 2 for a great price, around R$ 260, but yesterday the hotel canceled my reservation. After several attempts to get the issue reversed, I was left thinking the hotel would benefit because rates have now doubled, with no explanation. Never book here. They’ll let you down and wreck your travel plans.

They can cancel your reservation automatically whenever they want, especially during busy periods. It takes forever to get a reply on WhatsApp, and they never answer the phone. If you’re planning to stay for a major event like Reveillon or Christmas, think twice and find a hotel you can trust.

Really enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was well served and included, and there’s an indoor pool. The customer service was great too.
