The staff are very friendly and the location is excellent, but a number of details need work. Parking is limited for the number of rooms and guests, and that should be clear in the offer. Breakfast is very meager: no fruit or toast, and the yogurt runs out halfway through. Also, if five of us sign up for breakfast, why seat three at one table and two at another? On the last day, three of us left before breakfast, but the arrangement still didn't make sense. And a room for eight should have eight glasses and forks, not four. Better attention to these things would bring it closer to five stars.

The breakfast was pretty sparse, with no fruit, pastry variety, or warm toast, and nothing whole-grain. The staff were friendly, but we couldn't get proper rest: a nearby bar had live music until 12:30 AM, then guests from other rooms made noise and reception did nothing. Parking was another problem. We booked with parking included, but on arrival were told there was no space. Booking.com never mentioned that, so we couldn't choose somewhere else. They said spaces aren't reserved, which should be made clear when booking.

The room we paid for was comfortable, with good mattresses, and the hotel has an excellent location and a good price. Most of the reception staff were extremely helpful and attentive, though the desk says it's open 24 hours and we had told them we'd arrive around 6:00 a.m. to leave our bags as agreed, yet we waited a long time for service. I don't want to claim anything untrue, but the TV was very loud and making strange sounds. Breakfast wasn't the buffet advertised; only drinks could be refilled, and they pressed us to finish within 30 minutes. I decided not to eat my other meals there. The one thing that bothered me in the room was an annoying leaking faucet.

The location is fantastic, just a minute from the hot springs. It was our first visit, and everything was impeccable, from the cleanliness and service to breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We'll be back! 👏
