This place is really good.

A few blocks away are a spectacular water park and the public hot springs. The price is worthwhile, and I highly recommend the hostel. It has a lovely living room with a wood-burning stove and a 50-inch plasma TV, plus a patio with a huge barbecue grill. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the rooms there are TVs, air conditioning, clothes closets, towels for each family member, hand soap, sheets, and blankets.

We ended up leaving in the middle of the night with the kids. The receptionist didn't seem to notice and didn't answer the number marked for 24-hour service. It was a disaster in every way. When we arrived, they didn't even know which room we were supposed to have. Everything was dirty and smelled strongly of damp. The minibar was very old, didn't work, and its cables were flashing. The outlets didn't work and were completely unprotected, which worried us because we had children with us. The sheets were dirty and torn, and mites made our whole bodies itch. The toilet lid was broken, the TV didn't work, and then the air conditioner started leaking and spraying water into the room. It was the worst experience we've ever had, and the place didn't seem at all serious.

The only thing that worked was the air conditioning, and even that failed for some people in our group. Our room looked unused for months and smelled awful. It was a truly terrible stay. We arrived to find nobody there, just keys left on the counter. Staff showed up hours later, and we didn't even see the “staff” at first. The place was filthy, musty, and damp, with dirt everywhere and cockroaches in the kitchen. I don't understand the positive reviews. Clearly, this wouldn't pass an inspection for safety, cleanliness, or food safety.
