The pools are kept full of thermal water without chlorine, and the whole place feels peaceful and harmonious, especially for families. The restaurant has excellent food and gives a 10% discount. The setting is beautiful. Room cleaning could be better, though; it’d help to have a broom, dustpan, bucket, and mop available.

Everything’s lovely. You should run a deal where you pay for five nights and get to stay for six!

The location is a real plus: Acuamanía is practically across the road, with the artisan shops nearby, and the shopping center, hot springs, and Daymán bus terminal just a short walk away. The hotel’s arrangement with Acuamanía means you pay the same entry price as online. Staff were friendly and helpful, and tried to meet requests like an earlier breakfast. It’s pet-friendly, and guests get 10% off at the restaurant on site. The portions there were tasty, generous, and affordable. The room itself was simple, clean, and comfortable, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and basic dishes. Linens, towels, and soap were supplied, but even when I asked at reception, they didn’t have shampoo or conditioner sachets. It’s an acceptable place to rest while visiting the hot springs.

What upset me most was the breakfast. We’d booked a stay that included a buffet, but what we got was a few biscuits, some stale, dry, hard bread, cake pieces, coffee, tea, and yogurt. That was it, five dishes and two bottles of yogurt. At 42°C there was no fruit or smoothies, just flour-based food, and none of it was fresh. The photos they post and sent me when I called to reserve showed something quite different. I feel misled, especially since vacations in our country aren’t cheap. I’d loved this aparthotel on my first visit a few years ago, so I returned this year with my daughter and her friends for four days to celebrate her 17th birthday. The owner and staff were just as welcoming as before and helped us with everything. Cleaning was acceptable, and they changed the towels. We went in February, when it was 42 degrees Celsius, and six of us had just one air-conditioned room. The grounds, loungers, and pool also looked quite neglected.
