Aist Hotel

Shops and restaurants are right nearby, and it’s only a short walk to the mosque square and kalan minaret. The hotel sits just off Lyab Khause square, right in the old city centre, so getting around was easy. The staff were helpful, and the owner even called a yandex for me to reach the Bukhara 1 train station. Breakfast had a good selection. I’d recommend staying here.

Liab Khaus is only 100 meters away, and the location made this a great stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host was so kind and welcoming, always ready to help. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it.

The hotel is tucked just inside the busy streets, so you can’t really hear the traffic once you’re in. I also appreciated the quiet air conditioning, especially with temperatures outside reaching 42 degrees. It’s a Karavanhome, with a courtyard and rooms styled to match. My room was clean and pleasant, and the melon and watermelon at breakfast were especially good. The canaries singing in the courtyard made breakfast feel magical. Aziz, the young man managing things, was always smiling, polite, kind, and doing his best. Staying at Aist felt a bit like visiting relatives for summer. I’d recommend it if you want to experience the feeling of old Bukhara travelers.

The old traditional house has spacious, very clean rooms and the location is perfect. Breakfast was amazing, and it was the best value for money I found in Bukhara. What really stood out, though, was how hospitable the staff were. They did everything they could to make our stay great.
