There’s no lift, and all those stairs make this place unsuitable for disabled guests like me. The bed was far too hard, the cushions were poor, and I managed only about three hours of sleep because my neck and lower back hurt. The bathroom smelled bad and had no ventilation. It tries to look luxurious, but it isn’t comfortable. Our travel agency picked it for the group. I would have chosen somewhere else, even if it looked less opulent.

The price was the best in this area, and the staff were both friendly and professional. They were flexible about check-in and check-out times too. Thanks very much for the service. I’ll definitely come back.

It’s a new hotel, with clean, spacious rooms. The bathroom is on the small side.
