The room was great and stayed clean throughout our visit. Breakfast was very poor. The area looked rough and was dark at night, though we felt safe there.

The one person handling everything deserves better support. He carried luggage from the car to rooms, checked guests in, brought food to rooms, answered reception calls, and looked after breakfast guests. He was commendable, but the place itself was a nightmare. We couldn’t find the hotel because the main lights were off. There was no guard, nobody to take our luggage, and the door was closed. Rooms couldn’t be locked from inside, and complaints got no response. The staff seemed out of their depth despite all the fluff around the place. I was uncomfortable from the start and looked for another MNC brand. Sadly, there aren’t many besides Wyndham and Mercure. It’s disheartening to see such a good property site wasted by whoever is running it and making decisions that leave it short on resources. This was one of the worst boutique hotel experiences we’ve had while traveling.

I spent five days here, and it was a bad stay. The hotel was hard to locate, especially for taxi drivers, and the room walls were so thin I could hear someone whispering in another room. There was dust everywhere, and when I opened the window I could see nothing but walls. The pool didn’t work at all, and staff seemed uninterested when I asked about the facilities. Breakfast was just eggs, a few fruits, and coffee, while the coffee machine itself was broken. On my departure day, the receptionist refused to give me payment confirmation, which made leaving a nightmare. I strongly warn others against staying here.

The building is new, and the rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, so there’s potential here. But this hotel presents itself as four-star while basic problems made it feel more like a one- or two-star place. The advertised free crib for children turned out to cost $10 per day, and what they offered wasn’t a crib for a two-year-old anyway. It was a regular single bed for a teenager. When we pointed out the mismatch, the staff were rude and insolent. They didn’t apologize or try to fix it, and seemed offended that we raised the issue. The second day, our room wasn’t cleaned and the trash bins weren’t emptied, even though we hadn’t put out a Do Not Disturb sign. It felt like a response to the disagreement. Other advertised features didn’t match what we found: there was no stroller ramp, no bar, and no 24-hour reception. Most of the time nobody was there, which left us concerned about safety and getting help. The offer mentioned two pools, but there was only one, with disturbingly yellowish water. The bathroom drain didn’t work, another small flaw that added to the sense of neglect. Breakfast was very modest too, although it wasn’t a priority for us. We expected basic reliability, respect, and the services the hotel said it offered, not luxury. If something is wrong, there should be an apology and an attempt to put it right. With the current service and so many discrepancies, I don’t see this place succeeding. It’s pretending to be a four-star hotel, and I strongly advise against staying here.

There was very little choice at breakfast, which seemed tied to how few guests were staying. The place felt more like a guesthouse than a hotel, and it seemed as if the people running it lived there and went about family life in the same spaces. That left guests with less comfort and freedom to enjoy the pool or patio. Renovations were underway, so the outdoor facilities couldn’t be used and getting around was inconvenient. During room cleaning, the fridge was unplugged even though we had cold water inside, with 40°C weather outdoors. Management also seemed noticeably unprofessional. Maybe summer isn’t the right time to stay, and it could be better to judge the place after the renovations are finished.
