The hotel staff were wonderful, and a young boy there was especially thoughtful and friendly, always ready to help. Their kindness gave us extra smiles and made the stay even more memorable. I felt welcomed and relaxed throughout, and the service was outstanding. I loved every part of the experience. It felt like a perfect vacation, not just a hotel stay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommended!

The staff made this stay at Istat Boutique Hotel feel personal and sincere. They were kind, thought ahead, and offered help naturally. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was the best service I’ve ever had. The location is perfect, about a 3-minute walk from Bukhara’s Old City main attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant room design, tasteful, comfortable, high quality furniture, and a lot of attention to detail. Before we arrived, the hotel contacted me through Booking.com to ask about our arrival time so they could prepare the room. My girlfriend and I got there around 2:00 AM on May 28. The reception staff greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and explained the facilities and breakfast arrangements. We didn’t get to bed until after 4:00 AM. We woke around 9:30 AM to find a generous breakfast already laid out on the table. The staff couldn’t have known whether we’d be up before 10:00 AM, but they had prepared it in advance. A young boy working there kindly served my coffee. When they saw us filming breakfast, the receptionist said they’d make the presentation even more beautiful the next day if we wanted to film more. That enthusiasm touched us. After breakfast, the receptionist asked about our plans. We said we wanted to explore the Old City and were checking Google Maps for directions. He offered to guide us through the maze of historic alleys and walked us to the main street, then wished us a wonderful day. We had a train at around 3:30 AM the night before our departure, so I asked if it would be easy to get a taxi then. The receptionist was honest that it might be difficult and suggested booking a driver through the hotel. We arranged a pickup for 2:30 AM. A different receptionist was on the night shift when we got back, and we worried the message might not have got through. He reassured us that the manager had arranged everything. When we checked out early in the morning, the driver was waiting outside. If I return to Bukhara, I’ll stay here again. I wish the whole team at Istat Boutique Hotel continued success. They made our trip memorable.

The hotel is in a quiet area, the service is 5-star, and breakfast was very good. They made the best omelet we’ve ever had. My only issue was the bathroom’s small window, which had no curtain. Our room faced a narrow street, and there were windows looking into the bathroom, so we felt exposed to being watched.

The room was quiet, nicely decorated, and spacious, with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there were two pillows for each person. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was full, and the atmosphere was pleasant. It’s a small hotel with an interior courtyard, and our room was on the second floor, 203. It’s very central. The narrow alley can feel a little intimidating at night, although the city is very safe and there are no real problems. Mobile signal was weak, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and they helped call taxis. Breakfast had a great spread of options. The hotel was very clean and well presented, and its location made it perfect for exploring on foot. I’d highly recommend it!
