It's a family-run place. The daughter speaks good English, while the mom doesn't, but Google Translate is enough to get by. They let me extend my room without chargers. Breakfast comes as a set, and you need to tell them when you'd like it. You can walk to all the main sights from this very central hotel, and there's a mini Mart close by. As with most hotels in Uzbekistan, payment is at check-in, with some extra tourism tax, and they take som only. Finding the hotel can be tricky because the sign isn't clear; it's opposite a public toilet. A taxi can't get right to it, so you'll need to walk about 100m.

The people running the hotel are especially hospitable and do everything they can for us. The hotel is right in the center, with large, clean rooms and breakfasts that are delicious and have plenty of choice. Everything was great.

We loved our stay at this lovely family-run guest house. The family were kind, helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was generous and delicious, the best we've had in Uzbekistan so far. Rooms are modern, spacious and spotless. It's also conveniently placed near Bukhara's major sights. We'd recommend it 100%!

We had a very clean room with fresh bedding, and they provided water bottles. The family were welcoming and accommodating throughout our two-night stay. The old town center is just a short walk away. Breakfast had plenty of options, including meat and non-meat choices. We left at 4am on our second day, and they kindly insisted on packing breakfast for us. They also washed a full set of clothes for around 150,000 som, taking good care and ironing everything. Since the train station is outside the city, they helped arrange transport there early in the morning. Fantastic hosts.

The family were wonderful hosts, and the location was incredible. Our rooms were lovely and clean. They helped with our laundry and drove us to the train station at 4am, with breakfast packed for the trip. We'd absolutely recommend the place and will stay again :)
