Muslima Hotel

The bed and blanket at Muslima hotel's were the most comfortable of the four places I stayed in Uzbekistan, and the breakfast was wonderful. I especially loved the yogurt, and tea and coffee were available freely. The free rides to and from the hotel were a highlight, and the amenities were good. The location was perfect. A few things were difficult: the room was small, so I struggled to lay my luggage out flat, and the door was quite see-through. Smoke from people smoking in the courtyard drifted into the room and bothered me. I was also unlucky enough to have no water because the main pipe by the roadside had broken.

The rooms were kept in good shape, and we had steady hot water throughout our stay. The owners were very kind and welcoming while still giving us room to ourselves. Muslima in Bukhara is a great option, with a lovely inner courtyard. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

Nargis and Karim made us feel well looked after, and Nargis can prepare tasty vegetarian breakfasts. The place sits right in the old town, yet it's peaceful enough that birds are about all you hear in the morning. I'd definitely come back.

The rooms were clean, and the location worked perfectly for exploring Bukhara's old city. The owner was eager to help with getting around and offered advice for visiting the city.
