The hotel has a cute feel and a great ambiance, and it's very close to a prime tourist area. The rooms could be a bit cleaner. Cars can't get very close, so you have to walk a little, which may be difficult with large luggage.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was small but functional. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was generous. A perfect base for exploring central Bukhara, highly recommended!

I'm here right now, sitting at reception. I booked and paid through Tinkoff Travel for two nights at this hotel. I couldn't get here on the first day and notified the hotel through Tinkoff. When I arrived, they'd already given my room to other guests. The full stay was paid for, but they couldn't accommodate me. What rating do you think this hotel deserves?
