The staff were pleasant, the rooms comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Manager Mr Fayzollah was especially helpful. We had a very good stay and would certainly recommend the hotel.

After a long journey, being allowed to check in early was a real relief. The front desk staff were kind, spoke English, and made us feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and the rooms were very nice. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bukhara.

Breakfast was generous and tasty, and I also had dinner here once, which was very good. The hotel has a large lobby and a little souvenir shop inside. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the old city. My room was clean and roomy enough, with a balcony, fridge, hair dryer, and air conditioning. The bathroom was spotless, and they replaced the towels every day. The staff were very kind, and the price wasn’t high.

The internet was basically unusable in my room. You might get a connection if you sit in the lobby, but there was none where I stayed, which made getting work done difficult. The five-star reviews seem to be from local guides who probably get a kickback, since they clearly haven’t stayed here.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfasts were delicious. Staff seemed to care about guests’ comfort, and the hotel is well placed for getting to attractions and amenities. It made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
