The buffet breakfast had a delicious range of choices, and the staff were professional, attentive, and quick to help. I highly recommend staying here in Bukhara.

I can't understand why this place gets such good reviews. The room was dusty and unbearably hot when I arrived, the shower had no hot water, and the fridge, hairdryer, and safe were all broken. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Even though I'd prepaid, staff kept asking me to pay again, including a call after midnight. They also openly say that foreigners are charged more.

The staff were polite and helpful the whole time, and breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices. The hotel is also ideally placed near Bukhara's main sights. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was really tasty, and the staff were polite. I booked a deluxe room and found complimentary wine waiting for me there. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I'd happily recommend it.
