The facilities were perfectly adequate for a short stay, and the rooms themselves were clean and tidy. My problem was the management, specifically a staff member or manager I think was named Khudoyor. After our one-night stay, he went straight to the bed at checkout, picked up a pillowcase, and said we had made a hole in it. The hole was obviously already there. Accusing us of causing it in one night felt like a made-up excuse to get money from us. He stopped us from leaving and threatened to call the police over the pillowcase. That behavior ruined the hospitality and the travel experience for us. If you stay here, photograph every part of the room and the linens when you arrive. I’d advise finding somewhere with honest management instead. In response to management’s update: Thanks for a response that’s as imaginative as it is inaccurate. Your supposedly high-tech “database” seems to have a glitch, since we stayed one night, not two. We arrived late in the evening, went straight to sleep, and checked out early in the morning. I didn’t know that sleeping for a few hours meant I should conduct a forensic pillow inspection on arrival to avoid being framed. Next time I’ll ask for a formal, notary-signed handover of the bedsheets.
