Lovely scenery and landscape, and all the food they served was delicious.
My family and I love this hotel and come almost every month. The prices are very reasonable, and it feels ideal for families: there's a fantastic indoor playground, karaoke, a huge indoor pool, and three meals a day are included. You don't have to worry about the children here. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are clean. I'm very picky about cleanliness, and I haven't seen this level of it at the many other hotels I've visited. Wherever I look, everything is tidy and sparkling. The staff are so helpful, and a special thank you to the manager. The chefs make delicious food, too. We've stayed many times and never left hungry. It's a gorgeous place. I highly recommend it, and wish the hotel prosperity and lots of guests.
The pool is huge, everything is clean, and the food is incredibly tasty. They include three meals a day, and it's relatively inexpensive. Service was great, with very friendly staff and management. Katta rahmat.
The mountain view from the window costs extra, as the photo shows. For the price, this was the most disgusting stay and absolutely not worth the money. There was no black tea, and watching TV in the rooms was impossible: YouTube was blocked and there were no other services. The restaurant's breakfast buffet was bare. By 9:30, the coffee had run out, and they said there would be no more. Only after guests complained that there wasn't enough food for so many people did they bring sausage and watermelon. At lunch, half the dishes weren't on the menu and took a long time to prepare. We ordered pizza for our child, but he didn't finish it. They wouldn't let us take the leftovers to our room, saying it was hotel policy, which seemed very strange to me. On the second day, we tried to have lunch, but were told again that it wasn't available because the hotel had no gas.
The outside looks beautiful, and the hotel itself is clean and cozy. The service and organization, though, were poor. We had to wait about an hour for lunch on the first day, despite there being only a few things on the menu and everything else being unavailable. The next time, the restaurant had run out of gas. They still took our order, then found out those items weren't available either. Breakfast was disappointing too: empty steam tables, just fruit, one egg, a couple of pies, and no coffee or juice. We paid extra for a mountain view, but the scenery was completely different from what we expected, as shown in the attached photo. Our key card was blocked at noon even though we'd paid in advance for a late checkout.
