The check-in receptionist was the one bright spot: he was kind and helped us switch rooms. The rest of the service was poor, and most staff seemed unfriendly and unmotivated. I’d rate service 2 out of 5, and cleanliness 2.5 out of 5. The room itself needed better cleaning. Breakfast was a letdown, with few choices and cold food. Used plates stayed on tables, while some staff sat chatting. When we asked for help, the response came with obvious irritation. Housekeeping felt similar. After my husband had a nosebleed, we asked at 1am for the sheets to be changed, and the staff member seemed clearly displeased. The place is beautiful in winter, but the service and cleanliness need work.

The indoor pool and sauna are nice to have in winter, though the pool sometimes isn’t very warm. There’s also a PS5 for kids, but not much to order there. The restaurant on the sixth floor has a nice view. It’s a great place to stay!

The fresh air and pleasant breeze around the property were lovely, and the food was great too. My room was spotless and felt luxurious, and there was even complimentary wine in it. The surroundings are amazing. I’d definitely come back.

The mountain views are perfect, and it’s a quiet place. Still, the spa gets very crowded. I’d suggest limiting both the number of people and the time, perhaps one hour per customer. Given local traditions, separate schedules for men and women would be nice. The staff didn’t seem welcoming or smile much, and I felt like I was in a military place. Maybe they need more training. Customers drinking alcohol by the pool won’t attract more people, so that should be controlled. At 11 pm, security tried to help when I asked them to unplug my car, but they woke me at 1:40 am to say it couldn’t be done. These aren’t major problems, but the place needs more work.

I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The service was very bad, nothing like what you see or hear about. They didn’t even greet or welcome me, and they seemed to know nothing about hospitality. They also asked me to pay to change the pillow and bedsheets.
