I spent four nights here and found it to be incredible value. My room was tidy, climate controlled, had good Wi-Fi, and came with cordial service at the desk. The place is very close to Registan, and getting to other attractions around Samarkand by Yandex was easy and cheap. It is a guesthouse, so children and family members are around. That didn't bother me, even as a solo traveler who can get grumpy when disturbed. The property's rating seems off to me, perhaps because of a spiteful past guest. I didn't get to try breakfast because of my arrival, tours, and departure timing, so I can't comment on it. Everything else was terrific, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it.

The host greeted me personally at check-in and was so kind, courteous, and caring that I felt like I was visiting family. I stayed four nights in February 2025 and really enjoyed it. The guesthouse sits next to the family's home and has about 10 rooms. Each has its own entrance and lock, a single or double bed, a private bathroom, a flatscreen TV, and Wi-Fi. It was quiet, comfortable, and felt very safe, a good fit for solo travelers and others. Registan is about a 10-minute walk away, with convenience stores, restaurants, taxis, and bakeries nearby. The location is handy, and the price was very reasonable: I paid 15 USD per night, which felt more than fair. I'd definitely stay again when I'm in the city, and recommend it.

The hosts are kind, and the free breakfasts are generous and wonderful. It's a cute family-run place, only about a year and a half old, with basic rooms that are clean and comfortable. Great value, and I'd happily stay again.
