Okay.

I brought my mother here in the evening and checked her into a room for a one-day stay. When I came back to pick her up the next day, they wouldn't let me into the room. I couldn't make sense of that at all. They don't listen to guests or understand what they're asking for, which can leave people traveling from far away in a very uncomfortable position. I was treated rudely, and I rate that attitude very poorly. The contact numbers posted on social media don't work and aren't being used for their intended purpose. I have a very negative view of the place.

I stayed at the dacha with zero guests, which made it even better. The pool is hard to beat, and the rooms were clean and tidy. There's a fridge too, which was a lifesaver in the Chirchik region heat. I even thought about hiding in it, but the air conditioning talked me out of that. The hotel has wonderful staff.

The price seems fair for what you get, and it's a pretty good place. Rooms are cleaned regularly, everything is clean, and the staff are pleasant. The bed is uncomfortable, though, with an old mattress and springs you can feel too much. Wi-Fi works well only in the lobby, and payment is cash only.
