The reception staff and manager were so kind and helpful during my three-day layover, even pointing me toward places to see nearby. SAROY GARDENS may not be a large luxury hotel, but its peaceful, cozy atmosphere and genuine hospitality made it feel like home. My first visit to Uzbekistan became a lovely memory, and I’d definitely love to come back.

I was in town for work, and staying here turned out to be the best choice. The owner and staff were so welcoming, and I felt happy and attached to the place by the time I had to leave. They even offered trips around the city to help us learn about the local culture. Beautiful and one of a kind, I felt honored by their hospitality.

The calm, peaceful atmosphere made the stay especially enjoyable, and the staff were always polite and ready to help. I was also impressed by the clean, refreshing outdoor pool, a great place to relax on a sunny day. The stylish, comfortable lobby and elegant modern design made a strong first impression, while the spotless rooms and shared areas felt well cared for. It all felt luxurious yet welcoming. I’d highly recommend it for a comfortable, clean stay, and I’d come back.

The location is convenient, and the rooms are comfortable. The appliances worked, and the air conditioning was good. Breakfast was generally good, though there wasn’t any coffee. The shower water pressure was weak.
