The kitchen staff were polite and served a delicious breakfast, but that didn't make up for how we were treated. A woman from the technical staff was the only one who apologized. Nobody in management seemed to care about offering even a small financial or other bonus to bring us back. Our rights as guests weren't respected. The football team was given more rights, and management didn't tell us we'd have to leave the next morning. Only in the morning, just before we were going on a business trip, did the administrator smile and tell us something unreal. We ended up having to find another place to stay because important trainers from the football team would occupy our room.

There's no phone on the 4th floor to contact reception. Still, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Overall, five stars.

The organization was terrible, the service was zero, and it wasn't worth the money. There was no advice, the food was cheap, the products were low quality, and the bathroom smelled of sewage. 🤮🤮🤮
